Passive income is money that shows up regularly, without any action being taken on an ongoing basis to create it. I say sign me up for passive income! Each day, my job is to secure your financial future by getting into relationship with agents that you recommend. It could be an agent that you had a transaction with and thought they were very sharp, an agent you met at your child’s school party or an agent that you have heard great things about and would like to get to know better; all of these are opportunities to create passive income for you and improve the life and career of a fellow REALTOR®.
